Terms of return

Whilst we hope you are very happy with your handmade piece, if you are not then we will endeavour to correct this for you.

Please send the piece back to us via special delivery (for more expensive pieces) or recorded delivery (for lighter items) within 28 days of purchase. We would encourage you to have an exchange instead of a refund, but please allow extra time for this to be made.

State of return

Of course, you will need to try your new piece on to make sure you like it, but if you are sending back then we ask that the piece is unworn and undamaged.

Reason for return

Please tell us the reason for your return. We would encourage an exchange rather than a refund.

Please contact us via the message box or email, or phone us to discuss an exchange or refund.

Process of refund

PayPal is a good, secure way of a refund but this can take a few days to show up. We can pay by BACS as well, but we would need to have the item safely back to us before sending a refund.
